Las imágenes del caos, tristeza y desabastecimiento en Venezuela

Postales de la escasez de alimentos y productos básicos de la canasta en Venezuela que es cada día peor Se conoce por escasez en Venezuela a uno de los fenómenos particulares que han afectado la economía local en los últimos años. Esta situación se da en productos con precios regulados, como la leche, diversos tipos de carne, pollo, café, arroz, aceite, harina pre-cocida, mantequilla; así como también, productos de primera necesidad como papel higiénico, productos de aseo personal, medicinas para tratar el cáncer1 entre otros, e inclusive prótesis mamarias.

En estados fronterizos, como Táchira y Zulia, la problemática se agrava aún más debido a la facilidad de llevar mercancía barata de contrabando desde Venezuela hasta Colombia, hecho que se ha venido produciendo desde principios del año 2013 hasta la actualidad.

El gobierno culpa a los especuladores pero expertos destacan la urgente necesidad de reformar el sistema cambiario para mejorar la situación de la economía interna y conservar la capacidad de pago del país
